The introduction of the CX Platform and the departure from the ladder frame chassis signalled a new era of products from the Malvern factory. This particular car demonstrates all the advancements and advantages the CX platform has to offer. Initially the automatic was seen as a compromise by many historical Morgan owners, but now the automatic is the dominant force in the lineup and takes up eight out of ten cars being built.
