*must read, for anyone that has had poor customer service at a bike dealer*
it seems be a problem across all dealers, brands, and locations that customer service is terrible. my local dealer (one being Indian) have missed out on two new bike purchases all because they couldn't be asked to call me back to get them ordered. the other dealers I used haven't been much better.
BUT!Chris and the team at Krazy horse Oxford have been the exception to the rule. from start to finish I was kept up-to-date on everything going on with my bike (Indian FTR 1200 S) they've always been exceptionally polite and helpful. if I had any questions,they were always quick with a response, and gave clear Information.
the bit in-between deciding you want a new bike, and riding it was always a misery of poor service, rudeness, and bad information. This time though, the act of buying a bike has been an enjoyable experience (which is what it should be)

"Just to say thank you and everyone else at Krazy Horse for making the purchase of my first Morgan such a pleasant experience.From spotting the advert in the "CarandClassic" web page everything went smoothly. The video tour of the vehicle was very comprehensive and summed the car up exactly.I appreciate the fact that at Krazy Horse you prepared the car with such diligence that I was able to purchase with absolute confidence.She is now taxed and we went out for our first drive in the sun yesterday. We were not disappointed. She was everything you described her to be and I can't stop grinning.

"My two son's George (19) and Harry (17) are both car nuts and George has been banging on about a Morgan 3-Wheeler since he was 15 years old. I'm 58 and in the lucky position of having sold my business which I started in 1986 and decided "I can't take it with me" so I would splash out on some real fun with my two boys.
We headed off down to Krazy Horse from our home in Leicester, both boys up early, just like Christmas day. By the time we arrived at the Krazy Horse show room, the excitement had reached fever pitch. Now for the M3W, as soon as you walk in to the showroom you can smell the passion for petrol. Dan was sitting at his desk with a grin like a naughty schoolboy and my lads were trapped in a sweet shop with their eyes wide open. George was desperate for a drive in the M3W and so was Dan!! Off they went to the most infectious soundtrack you can imagine. They were gone for what seemed a lifetime to me. I started to wonder if George had stolen the car and left Dan in a ditch somewhere. Eventually they came back and it was my turn!!! Dan was brilliant, he was so calm about us testing the car, we had three drives in her and then went off for a hearty full English at the Krazy Horse diner, which in itself is a great experience.
Feeling very full, we expected to see Dan slumped over his desk given the barrage of questions he had fielded from the boys. No, he was now surrounded by more customers and he hadn't even had lunch. "Just one more drive" said George, Dan was more than happy to oblige. At no point was there any pressure to place an order, I think Dan knew by the permanent grin on our faces that we were hooked.
We enjoyed the day so much, we ended up ordering 3 cars from Dan. So I guess his efforts paid off for him and I had the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Though I think that is the secret of Krazy Horse, it isn't a car dealership, it is a place to enjoy everything that is good about service and a premium British product. Well done for creating such a wonderful destination. The two-hour drive home was very quiet, both boys fast asleep from the fresh air and excitement of the day!
I have since taken delivery of one of the M3W cars and I can tell you that the service follows through to aftersales as well. What a refreshing change. You guys have a great business model and I hope we are doing business together for many years to come.

"I'm delighted with the car, although weather hasn't encouraged that much use yet. Apart from our little glitch (which had a silver lining) the finish of paintwork and interior is really excellent.
I think that my choice of specification, partly driven by cost, has resulted in a really clean, elegant and unfussy look. The black interior with the painted dash and centre console are much better than trying to turn a car into a drawing room with veneers and things. Morgan has done a very good job of keeping the design traditional and very smooth.
Driving can be really easy and relaxed. Knowing the power is there means you don't need to prove it. I remember several reviews have said the brakes were not very impressive. Mine are not bedded in yet, but there is a lot more pedal travel than I've been used to in other models. The ride is as comfortable as my everyday car and I'm sure that the smaller wheels and deeper tyres both look and feel better.
I would recommend the Plus 6 to anyone who can afford it and has outgrown the gritted teeth and big biceps of older cars. Hopefully the new 4/4 and Plus 4 will be equally good.

"It was great chatting today and thank you for spending the time to talk through my observations of week one owning the Caballero Scrambler. I am so pleased with the motorbike as with the experience of the purchase from you and Krazy Horse. I am still running in the Caballero and therefore mindful of over-stressing the engine at this early stage. It was bought after some research on the internet, influenced by Motobob's review on youtube as well as numerous other positive reviews in the wider media. A test ride from Krazy Horse motorcycles in Welling along with the enthusiasm and knowledge you bring to the table, confirmed this was the bike for me. I needed a commuter but was keen to find a machine that made the mundane fun. The scrambler has already proved to be an absolute hoot carving through the congested streets of London. The engine note is infectious as are the standard exhausts popping and crackling on the overrun. I really love this bike

My experience with the JD limited Bobber was excellent, I can't fault it, even though there was a few delays you kept me updated the whole time. You managed to get me those spare pegs, and the axe haha. Anyone I speak to about the bike I always speak highly of you and Krazy Horse. If I had the money I would buy another bike tomorrow.

Regarding Indian motorcycles:
I have been riding bikes since the age of 12, well OK, 16 on the road! That is now 56 years. I have ridden and owned most English, Italian and German bikes, new and old. I have ridden over most of Europe, SE Asia and the Americas. More recently I turned to Harley Davidsons, due to being an old geezer and being impressed by their reputation and image. They are decent bikes with character. However, in the last year or so, I have been hearing a lot about Indians. Now a proud owner of a Scout, I realise what I've been missing. This bike has all the character of a Harley, but adds the modernity of other makes. In other words, the best of 2 worlds.
I can now think my way round corners, through heavy traffic and it's almost like the Scout knows what I'm thinking. It doesn't keep asking me questions like a Harley! One other nice bonus is that it's about 75 kgs lighter than my last Harley, so much easier to push around. Incidentally, I have had loads of compliments, far more than for the Harleys. Folks really like the look of the Scout. Just outside Krazy Horse today, a guy popped his head out the car window and said "I've fallen in love with your bike, I want one".

We collected our nearly new Plus Six last Saturday. Dan had been extremely helpful in allowing us two separate test drives (3 different cars) and his suggestion to fit the black chrome wheels transformed the appearance and created a bespoke vehicle. The vehicle detailing prior to collection was fantastic. Overall, the customer experience was great, very straightforward, no pressure and with a very fair trade-in deal. And we enjoyed two lunches in the Krazy Horse cafe!
