SCRAMBLE THE JETS

The dawn of the jet age brought with it greater speed and efficiency in travel, resulting in cleaner and sleeker speed-formed designs.

Prepare for take-off. Scramble the Jets is inspired by the radical design influence of the jet age, brought about through the invention of the jet engine in the mid-20th Century. Aircraft surfaces became smoother, and more dart like with raked back wings, a visual departure from the planes of previous eras and a change that influenced design across industries.

Two-tone grey paintwork, jet-inspired fuselage decals, anodised red ‘bomb release’ starter switch and sideblade mounted sideracks are just some of the key features of this commission.
